If you’re considering reaching out for an investigation, a little documentation ahead of time makes a real difference. It helps us prepare, and it often helps you notice patterns you hadn’t put together yet.
Keep a simple log
Note the date, time, and room for anything unusual — sounds, temperature changes, objects moved, a feeling of being watched. You don’t need to interpret it, just record it plainly. Patterns tend to jump out once a few weeks of entries are side by side.
Note who was present
If activity tends to happen around a specific person, or never happens when the house is empty, that’s useful context. It’s not about placing blame — it’s about narrowing down what we should be looking at.

You don’t need to buy anything before we arrive. A notebook and your own attention are more useful at this stage than any app or gadget. We bring the equipment; we just need your observations.
When you’re ready, reach out through our contact page and we’ll walk you through what happens next.
